Gift of Membership

The holidays are the best time to give to your loved ones, but it is also the best time to support your community and favorite businesses! People tend to volunteer or donate more towards the end of the year than they do any other time of the year. At the SVC Chamber, we would like to introduce a sustainable way for you to support your community. A program that will serve their needs, year-round. 

We have launched a program called the Gift of Membership. This program offers opportunities for you to give back by giving the Gift of Membership to a deserving business or nonprofit. If you want to support a nonprofit organization specifically but are not sure whom to choose, view Great Nonprofits where you can search by city and learn more about an organization before submitting their name for the Gift of Membership. If you don’t have time, we can pick one for you!

Most recent recipients of the Gift of Membership include:

• Santa Clara Schools Foundation – Gifted By Roche Diagnostics
• Sunday Friends Foundation – Gifted by KeyPoint Credit Union
• JW House - Gifted by Kaiser Permanente

How does it work?

Click the button below to purchase for an organization online. Put the contact information of the organization, or notate you want us to pick for you within the comment section. We will handle the rest.

Want to present a certificate directly to the organization? Give SVC Chamber staff a call at (408) 244-8244 to hand-process your certificate and schedule a time to present it.

The SVC Chamber invites you to decorate your business in holiday-themed décor!

Participation is open to all Silicon Valley businesses, organizations, and churches (no residential homes).

Take photos and submit them to the SVC Chamber to win prizes!

How we are watching out for YOU

At the SVC Chamber, we work daily to figure out ways to improve your business and community; ensuring local legislation remains in your favor. Our largest and most active Committee is the Government Relations Committee. This robust committee focuses on proposed legislation, executive orders, and legal issues.

Join the SVC Chamber, Women In Business (WIB) Council, and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for a festive holiday party! This Holiday Festivity is the biggest WIB event of the year with music from The Peninsula Symphony. All genders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
