Seven Dreams supports Robbinsdale Area Schools

music and the arts in many ways!

Fall Music Festival

Seven Dreams board members and Executive Director were at the Fall Music Festival at Orchestra Hall on November 1, 2022 to support our students. Congratulations to all the student musicians who played and sang at the concert!

Instruments 4 Kids program

We need used instruments so every student who wants to play in the band & orchestra has an instrument!

Seven Dreams repairs instruments and gives them to the school district to loan to students in need.

We also greatly appreciate donations to help pay for repairs! Donate to pay for instrument repairs here. Learn more about our Instruments 4 Kids program here.

We fund educators' creative ideas with

Hands-on Learning Grants

This mural at Sonnesyn Elementary was funded by a Seven Dreams grant. In partnership with a local artist, students created tiles that visually represent their positive "I am" statements. Grant recipient Kelly Betzold shared that students and families “feel proud to be part of a community that worked together and used art as a means to express the collective community.

Last spring, Seven Dreams awarded a grant to Early Childhood teacher Andrea Hasan for a Toddler Book Club! In the classroom, teachers will model early literacy strategies for parents & caregivers. Nine sets of books will be purchased for the classroom, depicting daily routines, and families can borrow them to read at home.

Grants are funded with donations made by our staff during the Staff Charitable Giving Campaign

The campaign ends this Friday, November 4. Thank you, staff!

Every fall, Robbinsdale Area Schools has a Staff Charitable Giving Campaign and staff can choose to donate to either the Seven Dreams Education Foundation or United Way. Seven Dreams uses these donations to fund grants submitted by our educators and staff. These donations go back into the classrooms of Robbinsdale Area Schools to inspire our students to learn.

Thank you Site Coordinators for organizing Staff Charitable Giving at your school!

We appreciate the hard work of staff like Ms. Krizmanic at Meadow Lake Elementary. She has won the "best charitable giving campaign" the last three years. Ms. Krizmanic's efforts have helped increase donations to Seven Dreams so we can fund more grants for educators!
