Welcome to Autumn!
Fall is here! One of my favorite worship songs has these lyrics... "Spirit of God, FALL fresh on us, we need your presence...Your kingdom come, your will be done, here as in Heaven." It repeats this over and over during the bridge portion of the song. This is our prayer for this season of Fall. We pray that the Spirit of God will fall fresh on us, be with us as we start up several new programs and that the Spirit of God is central to everything that we do here in the HISkidz ministry... bringing His kingdom here to Earth. Pastor Sharon spoke on worship this morning. What worship is, and the what, where and how we do it in our daily lives. Let us practice living in worship daily... in all that we do apart and together. God is moving with us into this new season and I believe that He is also moving us into a new season. (You may need to read that again slowly for that to fully sink in.)

Things are really kicking off in a big way here at Palm Harbor United Methodist Church! Be sure to keep scrolling so that you are not missing out on any of the fun!

We are looking for groups, ministries, families, or individuals who would like to sponsor a trunk! Please email Missy Thomas, Director of Children's Ministries, with any questions. If you are wanting to partake and be involved as a "trunk" for the event, please also contact Missy Thomas with a statement of your interest, how many "trunks" you will be providing as well as the theme you are planning to decorate with for those "trunks." We are looking for about 25-30 "trunks" to participate at minimum. If you are not looking to volunteer by decorating a "trunk" and providing items to hand out but would still like to help out and volunteer with the event, let us know! This will be a fun event for the entire family and for the Palm Harbor community!
