Capital COVID Survey for Employers
The Capital COVID Survey: Return to Work (Powered By the Greater Washington Partnership and EY) is an initiative to facilitate information sharing between employers in the region and the providers of public transportation services about their respective plans to reopen their worksites and the plans of the public transportation agencies for increased transit service. This information is believed to be key component for a confident return to work and other activities as personal and public health concerns are addressed.
 
All employers in the region – private, public and non-profit – are encouraged to complete the survey. The survey will be live through August 28.
 
Each organization that completes this important survey will receive a summary of the survey results, transit agency ridership information, and crowding trends for all Washington metro area agencies, and projections for the upcoming month that are aimed at supporting key reopening decisions. 
Reopen Montgomery Grant Program
The Reopen Montgomery Program grants will reimburse Montgomery County businesses for expenses incurred to comply with State and County reopening requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and maintain public health.

The first lottery was on August 6, and the second lottery was yesterday, August 24. Applicants chosen to have their applications reviewed have been notified by an email from Reopen@montgomerycountymd.gov.
