Last Sabbath Deb Blosser and Tim Duman produced the Edenville Strong Tower Radio Variety Hour with a wonderful cast of vocalists and instrumentalists. A large audience gathered to enjoyed this program. If you missed the Edenville event reschedule yourself for the October 2nd Cheboygan or the October 16th Berrien Springs Variety Hours held at the Seventh-day Adventist Churches in those areas.

Here is something else to look forward to: the third Strong Tower Radio Corn Roast held August 14th beginning at 5:30 p.m. right here at the Cadillac broadcast center located at 7669 S. 45 Rd. We will provide the corn and table service. You bring the family and a dish to pass.

Staff will conduct station tours upon request, and a Scott Michael Bennett Concert will close out the evening. A free-will offering will be taken at this event.

Finally, on August 28th at 4 p.m. Strong Tower Radio and the Lansing Seventh-day Adventist Church will sponsor another Sabbath Nature Walk scheduled for the Michigan State University Clarence E. Lewis Arboretum. Come join us for any or all these Strong Tower Radio summer events.

I like to spend time contemplating the great wonderful Creator God we serve; we can call Him our Father.

God has commanded us, the people who have accepted the commission given by Jesus, to take this gospel of the kingdom to all the world. It seems almost indefinable. We don’t understand what that means, do we?

We have been told by inspiration that modern inventions have been given to us by our Creator to use in spreading the gospel. We can get on our computers and communicate with just about anyone anywhere. This is phenomenal!

Through radio, television, and internet, we have been given unprecedented ways to reach people. God has put these in our hands to finish His work. Will we take what God has given us to be used by Him to accomplish the task?

Each one of us is a conduit to reach those who would become heirs to the kingdom. Satan stands poised to pounce on any means God has given us (whether it be time, talent, or means) to hinder the proclamation of the THREE ANGELS' MESSAGES.

The big question is: WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HAND? Is it time, talent, or means? Last question: Would you be willing to give Jesus your five loaves and two small fish?
