This year marks our 30th year of operation and we've seen massive growth in our membership, we've continued to make legislative impact, our events are memorable, our education programs are supporting the leaders of today and tomorrow, and we continue to be San Diego's voice for affordable housing.

San Diego Housing Federation named Momentum Award Nominee

Circulate San Diego announced their 2020 Momentum Award nominees and the San Diego Housing Federation has been named in the COVID-19 Innovation category.

Circulate San Diego’s Momentum Awards recognize the people and projects in the San Diego region that are creating excellent mobility choices and vibrant, healthy neighborhoods.

County of San Diego Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The County of San Diego has established an Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) to help eligible households in qualifying areas who have been financially impacted by the
COVID-19 pandemic.

The program will provide a grant of up to $1,500 per month for a maximum of two months. Applicants will be selected through a random lottery and assistance will be made directly to the landlord.
