Local manufacturing companies collaborate in talent recruitment efforts
Businesses throughout Racine County are not distinct in their need for a greater pool of talent. RCEDC and several local companies combined resources to launch a talent recruitment campaign aimed at delivering messages of career and living opportunities - revolving around manufacturing - to qualified professionals in the Greater Chicago area.

As of March 2022, the campaign has delivered our messages of opportunity 1.5M times. Each user who engages with our messages is directed to the website linked below. The website has garnered over 25,000 users who can explore job openings, research our communities and educate themselves on the value of living and working in Racine County.
