New CIE San Diego Team Members
|
Joanna Oboza, Senior Manager of Care Coordination
Hello! My name is Joanna, and I just surpassed my 6-year anniversary at 2-1-1 this month! I was previously overseeing our specialized teams at 2-1-1, Health Navigation, and Housing Navigation.
Previous to 2-1-1, I worked in refugee resettlement and got my masters in Medical Anthropology.
Within the CIE team, I will be supporting some of our health-related work and the CalAIM initiative, and I am looking forward to working with our wonderful CIE partners!

- First 5: Child growth
- Housing First: working for those at risk for or affected by homelessness.
I am very thrilled and grateful for this next journey and for learning a new important part of the 211 structure. It’s a pleasure being here and I look forward to meeting everyone.

Providing accurate referrals would not be possible without your commitment to providing us with the most up-to-date information.
211 San Diego recently made several new improvements to the partner community to automate the annual update process. These are not major updates but we hope they enhance your user experience.
To learn about the new features and improvements. Check out this guide or sign in.
If you need a password reset or would like to leave a message for our team at any point in this process, call 858-300-1200, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm PST, or email us at resourcecenter@211sandiego.org.

The CIE Partner Network works to improve the overall service delivery system for clients. Our meeting provides a forum for partners to share updates about ongoing CIE Initiatives, share trends in our community, and collaborate on how we as a network are leveraging our partnership, data sharing, and the CIE technology platform to address the social determinants of health and increase health equity.
Join us for a range of content. Each month, we may dive into the latest technology projects, elicit feedback on the platform’s care coordination tools, or spotlight programs and supports for unique populations. The partner gathering is a space to engage with peers across our shared network. Join us on the 4th Thursday of every month (except November and December) at 9:00 am via zoom.
The next CIE Partner gathering is on January 26, 2023, at 9 am.
No meeting in November or December
