It is almost officially Fall. I love the cooler air and the beautiful autumn colors that come with it. Kitchen Tech, in collaboration with Appropriate Homes, has opened our new Eastham showroom. It is a large showroom with lots of new design ideas. Please make an appointment before coming to any of our show rooms, we are so glad to be able to still serve all our customers. We are following all safety protocols by wearing masks, we have extra if you forget, and sanitizing between customers.

We can not say enough about Kitchen Tech. The moment we walked into the showroom and met Paul, Susan and Lori, we knew we wanted them to do our renovation. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and selection of products, made this giant task a lot less overwhelming.
Storage was added by installing matching cabinets in the dining room for a seamless look.
The care they took in the job, showed us we were in good hands. Their foreman Dave and his assistant Gus, put their heart and soul in the job. They definitely take pride in their work and it shows. Even through the COVID quarantine, they put safety first and still manage to get the job done with a little delay. We highly recommend Kitchen Tech.

Apple Pie Fudge Ingredients:
3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter pinch of salt 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp allspice 1/2 cup apple pie filling (2 apples diced and cooked) 3 cups white chocolate chips 12 gingersnap cookies
Directions: Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. To make the apple pie filling, dice 2 apples and add a 1/2 cup of water and cook over low heat until apples are tender. Add the apple pie filling and the white chocolate to a mixing bowl. In a saucepan mix sugar, butter, salt, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. Bring to a gentle boil and stir for about four minutes. Add the hot mixture to the white chocolate and apple pie mixture, beat with whisk until the chocolate is smooth. Pour this into the lined baking dish and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight. Cut fudge into small pieces once it has hardened.
