2020-2021 WSMA Membership Enrollment Information
Dear Music Educator,

This communication takes the place of our typical membership enrollment letter, and we request your help to ensure that the appropriate person, such as your principal or business manager, sees it.

Though we no longer live in a world of predictability, WSMA remains ready to support you and your students with quality music education programming suited to fit the unique challenges of this school year. Here's how we've prepared:
  • In two weeks last spring, we organized a Virtual Solo Festival composed of 4,736 entries from all over the state and were recognized nationally for our nimble response to the pandemic.
  • We also took the Student Composition Project awards ceremony and High School State Honors Music Project camp online with success
  • We're applying knowledge from those experiences to make adjustments to programs like Solo & Ensemble Festivals, State Honors Music Project and Student Composition Project to guarantee that as many students as possible are still able to benefit, no matter where they are learning.
  • We're host to Wisconsin Music Strong, a coalition of 17 business and non-profit organizations in partnership with Wisconsin DPI Teaching and Learning Department, to provide support with accurate, up-to-date state and national education information as the academic year takes shape.
To continue this work, WSMA reinvests school memberships in programs and services that meet student needs. Please join us as we navigate our new reality. Discounted dues rates are available through  October 1 . To enroll your school for membership:
  • Ensure that the appropriate person, such as your principal or business manager, sees this important info.
