The 2022 Credit Union Annual Meeting is scheduled for 5:30pm, March 28, 2023. This meeting will be held at our Terrace Street location, 715 Terrace St, Ste. 101, Muskegon, MI 49440. At this meeting, elections will be held for one Board of Director position.
The Nominating Committee of the Credit Union has placed the following name on the ballot for a three-year term, which will expire in 2026.
Charles “Greg” Scott. Former Executive Director of Pioneer Resources. Member of the Board since 2020. Previously served on the Supervisory Committee from 2018-2020.
Additional nominations for Board positions may be made by submitting a petition signed by one percent of the membership. (One percent is currently 100 members.) Members that are interested may request a sample petition from the credit union.
The election will not be held by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with their petition. The closing date for receipt of nominations by petition is February 28, 2023.
