Sponsoring Organizations Help Emerging Leaders Navigate Pandemic
This Spring, The Goldie Initiative identified a problem: Employees at our supporting companies were lacking traditional in person professional networking opportunities.
So our team of dedicated committee memberscame up with a solution: provide the opportunity to inspire the next generation of women leaders through sharing of our online mentorship tool! The Mentorship Rocket program allows participants to continue to build their professional networks despite the current realities of social distancing.
Over 50 participants from sponsoring organizations have signed up for this season, which expires August 17. Stay tuned for details on how to participate in future programming or contact usfor more info.
