In order to ensure your insurance is in place, before taking the field for any practice, your local must:
- ensure that all players are registered with you and have completed Rowan's Law and other regular waivers
- ensure that all players, parents coaches and umpires have completed (1) the Declaration of Compliance and (2) either Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement (if 18 or older at time of signing) OR Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement (if younger than 18 at the time of signing)
- Ensure that all attendees of your event check in. We have created an easy to use online Attendance Tracker, available to everyone through the OnDeck app on your smart phone or online. We are confident that this will help tremendously with achieving this requirement.
Where players are engaged in baseball activities prior to Aug 1, 2020 submit your insurance application by Aug 1 2020. Insurance can continue to be applied for after Aug 1 as programs start up or as activities/events are added.
