Dear Pace Community,

Following up on President Friedman's e-mail on January 30 regarding the Executive Order on Immigration, we would like to provide the Pace Community with resources on this continually evolving situation.

The Office of International Students and Scholars will be posting updates on our website at www.pace.edu/immigration-updates.

The Immigration Justice Clinic at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University will conduct information sessions on the Immigration Executive Orders. The sessions will focus on topics including the immigrant travel bans, rights of refugees, immigration policies, the significance of the federal courts' preliminary injunctions regarding the travel bans, and DACA, and will be followed by a Q&A. The first three sessions will be held on the NYC Campus as follows:

Monday, February 6, 2017
11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Student Union

Thursday, February 9, 2017
7:30 p.m.
Bianco Room

Information sessions are being planned in Pleasantville as well. Please check the ISS website for the most up-to-date information. For additional information about the information sessions, please contact Vanessa Merton, professor and director of the Immigration Justice Clinic, at (914) 422-4330 or via e-mail at [email protected].

For any other questions, please feel free to contact me directly at (212) 346-1692 or via e-mail at [email protected].

Best regards,
