Police Department Announces Promotions
Following the retirement of Police Chief Carl Ritchie, the following staff was promoted as part of a new leadership team. Police Chief Mark Arnold (far left) promoted the following officers (from left to right) Captain Chip Googe, Lieutenant Adam Willis, Sergeant Stephen Kudron, Field Training Officer William Parker, Field Training Officer Louis Bayles, Sergeant Germaine Gilliard and Deputy Chief Tyrone Simmons. Congratulations to all!
