Mask Update
Effective 2/25, the CDC no longer mandates masks on any public or private transportation. As of March 7, all Trinity buses will be mask-optional.
IMPORTANT REMINDER - Tuesday, March 8: No Classes 
On Tuesday, March 8 there will be no classes for students. Here are the activities scheduled for each grade level: 
  • Freshmen - Student Services Wellness Retreat from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm 
  • Sophomores - Retreat from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm 
  • Juniors - ACT Testing from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. 
  • Students must report to school at 7:45 am 
  • Students with extended time on their ACT will finish after 12:00 pm. Families of those students have been contacted by our Testing Coordinator with information. 
  • Seniors - Seniors do not need to report to school on this day.
Please note that school transportation will depart Trinity at 12:15 pm on this day. 
Class of 2025: Wellness Workshops

On Tuesday, March 8th the class of 2025 will participate in a special day hosted by our Student Services Department. Students will report to the SMGAF at 8:00 AM for a program that will focus on wellness and personal growth. Throughout the day students will rotate through a series of workshops that will teach techniques to build self-confidence and self-awareness, connect more authentically with others, and learn how to make choices with intention. Our day will conclude at noon and buses will run at 12:15 PM. Please note this is a regular attendance day and participation is required. 
Block 3 Final Exams: March 24-25 
Block 3 final exams are scheduled to take place on the two days leading up to Spring Break: Thursday, March 24, and Friday, March 25. Please note that students will take 2 exams per day. The schedule will be as follows: 

Thurs. March 24
Period 1 final exam  
Period 2 final exam  

Fri. March 25 
Period 4 final exam
Period 5 final exam 

Exam Times 
8:00-9:25am (extended time ends @ 10:08am)
10:25-11:50 am (extended time ends @ 12:33 pm)

School Transportation on exam days 
Trinity's transportation will run on exam days. Please note that buses will depart at 12:45 pm on both days. 

Senior exemptions 
Seniors may exempt their final exams if they meet all of the following conditions: 
  • They have a grade of 93% or higher in the class. 
  • They are not on attendance probation. 
  • They are not on behavior probation. 
  • They are enrolled in a class in which the teacher permits exemptions. 
  • The seniors will be notified of their exemption status on March 18.

Trinity Magic Raffle
It’s time for “Trinity Magic Raffle 2022,” Trinity’s annual raffle contest! The Trinity Magic Raffle is part of the Trinity Blazers’ philanthropic fundraising efforts. Like the Fall Walkathon, all Trinity Blazers are expected to participate. Trinity will kick off the Trinity Magic Raffle on Friday, March 4th.  
Trinity Dance Concert
On March 18th, Trinity will host its annual dance concert at 7 pm in the auditorium. It’s a FREE event, showcasing the IB Dance Seniors and the Blazerette Dance Club. The dancers featured in this concert have worked hard choreographing their own solos, duets, and group pieces in the styles of jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop. Come out and support these blazers!

Order your Block 4 Course Materials
Block IV starts Monday, April 4th. Please remember to place your order for Block IV course materials at least two weeks prior to the start of each block from Follett.  Materials ordered from Follett will ship directly to your home. Your Blazer can locate her Block IV courses in Blackbaud. Contact Ms. McNair with any questions or concerns.

Covid-19 Resources
Trinity has been the recipient of several KN95 donations. If your daughter would like to wear a KN95 in school and has not yet gotten any, each student may request five KN95s at no cost. Please have them fill out this form. Masks will be distributed via homeroom teachers.

Don't forget, the CDC recommends that everyone receive a Covid-19 booster. Locate a free vaccination site near you by checking this website.

Unfamiliar with the Tutoring Center? Here are some fast facts.
  • The Tutoring Center is located in the Library
  • It opens every day at 7:30 am. Monday-Thursday, and is open until 5:00 pm. The Tutoring Center is closed on Friday after school. 
  • Tutors available are a mix of peers, Dominican University students, and faculty and are available free of charge in a variety of subjects
  • Appointments are required, as availability differs depending on the subject 
  • The tutoring calendar is available in the students' Daily Announcements each Monday.
  • Questions should be directed to Ms. Sheila McNair, Librarian and Academic Prep Tutoring Coordinator
