Exciting News!
QualChoice offices will soon be relocating to 1001 Technology Drive in West Little Rock. We will be sharing the former AT&T building just off Chenal Parkway near the Promenade shopping center with the offices of Centene’s other Arkansas health plans, operated by Arkansas Health & Wellness. The move is expected to be complete by the end of July.

All other QualChoice contact information will remain the same, including phone and fax numbers, QualChoice.com and MyAccount access.
Loss of Coverage Due to COVID-19 
The Department of Labor has issued a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) notice for those whose coverage has been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Review the FAQs to understand plan participants’ rights and responsibilities under Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). 
Individual Coverage Through Ambetter
If you have employees who have lost coverage or eligibility, direct them to Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness for an individual plan, with potential financial help. QualChoice individual plans are available through Ambetter on the Federally Funded Marketplace and via the Arkansas Works program. Compare Ambetter plans here.
Arkansas Social Security Office Fax Numbers
Social Security offices across the state have been assigned new fax numbers . Faxing documents saves on paper and ensures uninterrupted service!
