In addition to following CDC guidelines, at Healthtrax we are always taking extra precautions to help our communities stay safe and healthy. This includes extensive cleaning and safety protocols and physical distancing practices throughout our facilities.
We are pleased to announce that Community Healthcare Trust (“CHCT”), the building owner, will be installing state-of-the-art
Needlepoint Bi-Polar Ionization
(“NPBI”) systems throughout the building at 622 Hebron Avenue to improve indoor air quality to the benefit of all visitors to the building.
NPBI has been demonstrated to provide a 99.4% reduction rate of a SARS‐CoV‐2 (COVID‐19) strain within 30 minutes. In a laboratory study, it was determined that at 10 minutes, 84.2% of the virus was inactivated. At 15 minutes, 92.6% of the virus was inactivated, and at 30 minutes, 99.4% of the virus was inactivated. View the full study

Encon, the building’s heating & air conditioning partner, and Global Plasma Solutions, a NPBI manufacturer, CHCT have developed a plan to install devices on all existing heat pumps and common areas of the building on July 29

Working in combination with the building’s existing HVAC units and filters, this system dramatically reduces airborne particles, odors and contaminants that often make their way through conventional air filtration systems to improve the building’s Indoor Air Quality creating a safer, healthier, and more productive indoor environment.
