The Small Business of the Year award recognizes a business demonstrating excellence in the areas of growth and business expansion, increased jobs, increased sales, and community contribution.
This business was founded in 2016 and has grown tremendously each year by adding more and more local clients. The business is approximately four times the size it was at inception. They have become one of the top insurers for homes in El Dorado Hills, and have won back-to-back Readers’ Choice Awards from Style Magazine. Their office is in the Top 15 in California for Auto and Commercial Insurance sales. Financially the company has grown as supported by the addition of multiple sales and service representatives.
They are heavily involved with the local community, including participation in multiple COVID-Relief fundraisers with the Food Bank of El Dorado County and others. They are also involved with the El Dorado County Association of Realtors and participate weekly, even creating a can food drive to help local nonprofits. They have hosted students from Oak Ridge High School as interns in order to teach them about the insurance business, and donated to local school districts. They are a proud sponsor of Oak Ridge High School sports teams. This company has also been featured in Style Magazine, Gold Country Media, and El Dorado Hills Serrano publications.
