UPDATED: UW-Parkside Mask Requirement –
Summer Term
The following indoor mask/face covering guidelines are in effect until further notice:
- Masks/Face coverings are required inside campus buildings for unvaccinated individuals. Masks may be removed when eating, alone in a private office, and/or in one’s residence hall room.
- Masks/Face coverings are required in classrooms/labs for all participants (vaccinated and unvaccinated). Classrooms/labs are defined as spaces being used for academic, in-person instruction.
- Masks/Face coverings are optional for fully vaccinated individuals inside campus buildings (except in classrooms as defined above).
- Participants of youth camps must follow mask/face covering policies as directed.
We acknowledge that the wearing of a mask/face covering is NOT an indication of one’s vaccination status. Individuals may choose to wear a mask due to personal choice, underlying health conditions, and/or for the protection of vulnerable family members.
Remember, you can get vaccinated by calling the Student Health & Counseling Center at 262-595-2366 to make an appointment. Or you can visit https://www.vaccines.gov/search to find a vaccination clinic near you.
