Thought of the Week

St Luke's congregation is gifting $10,000 each to Lutheran Disaster Relief for relief in Haiti and to Lutheran Social Services for relief locally. 

Both contributions reflect our desire to thank and honor God by tithing gifts entrusted to us.



Wednesday Night Live
Begins Wednesday, September 22nd

Wednesday Night Live begins on September 22nd with dinner being served at 5:30 PM. The meal costs $3.00, free for kindergarten or younger, $10.00 for a family of four or more. 

Children's Ministry, Confirmation, Peer Ministry, Adult Education, Preschool/Parent Ministry begins at 6:00 PM.

Please Help

We are looking for 3 or 4 people to serve as the Pizza Group.  Preparation (baking pizzas), serving and clean up. There are 5 meal groups so it will be once every 5 weeks of WNL. 



Grief Coalition at St. Luke's
Starts Thursday, September 23rd

St. Luke's will be hosting the Fall 2021 Series of the Bloomington-Richfield Grief Support Coalition.
Meetings will be held on Thursdays, September 23rd through November 11th from 4:30 to 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Sailing the Apostle Islands
September 24th - 26th

More help is needed behind the camera (at the computer). We are in need of more people to learn how to operate the cameras for the live stream of the services. Contact the office if you are willing to serve as a Camera Tech. Thank you!

She was doing much better and was able to get out of the hospital to a rehab center, but had to return to the hospital because of an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
