Keeping the Loan Library inventory current is essential in providing you with state-of-the-art technology that you can borrow for your Assistive Technology trials and determine if it needs to be purchased by school-based teams. All inventory that is no longer being sold or supported by the vendor is removed.
As a result, we provide our loan library patrons an opportunity to participate in the End-of-Life / Permanent Loans.
End-of-Life Inventory / Permanent Loans

It is time for spring cleaning. Each spring the Loan Library inventory is examined closely to ensure that it is up-to-date and
supported
by the manufacturer.
Here is how it works:
All items in the End-of-Life
category,
once checked out will be transferred to you permanently. There is a l
imit
of 2 items per person.
- Items have been assigned to the End-of-Life category because either they are no longer being produced, sold, manufactured, or they use a legacy connector that is no longer common (i.e. Serial, 9-pin, PS2, etc.).
- Some items may require
purchase
of replacement parts, such as batteries (i.e. Dynavox M3, etc.). Items do not come with warranty or service of any type.
- End-of-Life items MUST be a SEPARATE ORDER from other Loan Library items in inventory. Please do not add End-of-Life items to an order with any other inventory kit items.
- The End-of-Life category will be available at 10 a.m. (EDT) on Friday, May 19th. Once the category is opened on the AT & UDL Loan Library ( https://www.at-udl.net/ ) you will see it listed under Categories on the Loan Library website. On Friday, July 21st at 5 p.m. (EDT) the End-of-Life category will be closed and no longer be visible.

STEM + Art = STEAM
Science, technology, engineering, and math are essential subjects in today's classrooms. Many have shared that we must also include the Arts in today's curriculum to build motor skills, confidence, decision-making, problem-solving, and creativity.

explains, It's not about spending less time on STEM subjects and more time on art, it's about applying creative thinking to STEM projects, and sparking students' imagination and creativity through the arts. It's about exploring where art naturally fits into the STEM subjects and a way to teach all things as they relate to each other.

Equals Math Curriculum
Curriculum Supports
Equals is a standards-based Mathematics curriculum for students of differing abilities. The Curriculum kit, Manipulative kit, Technology Lessons, and a members' only website provide powerful teaching tools. Pre-readiness math skills such as attending to instruction, cause & effect, and patterns are taught and reinforced. In addition, foundational skills such as numbers and operations, measurement, data analysis and probability, algebra and geometry are taught using manipulatives, real-life situations and Multi-sensory experiences. Each lesson provides three levels of instruction for students with mild, moderate, and severe disabilities. The resource comes with over 100 manipulatives, vocabulary cards, and other hands-on materials.

ArtTouch provides students of all ages and ability levels a fun and creative canvas to create art using a single switch, mouse, or touch screen. Backgrounds, stencils, and pre-drawn objects can be added with a simple drag and drop action to the canvas. Color intensity and effects add the perfect artistic touch.

LEGO Duplo Early Simple Machines Set
Curriculum Supports
The Lego Duplo Early Simple Machine set allows students to observe and investigate simple machines through Lego bricks, gears, levers, pulleys, wheels, sails, scales and wings. These manipulatives allow students to discover through problem-solving tasks mechanical principles along with energy, balance, buoyancy, and more.

Beamz Classroom Bundle
Curriculum Supports
