First In-Person Kabbalat Shabbat Service & Introduction to Cantor Shafritz
Friday, July 2 // 6:30pm

Join us tonight for our FIRST in-person service of the year! We are thrilled to be welcoming everyone back to join us in person for Shabbat services and more! We have certainly missed seeing you in person, and can't wait to have you back, bringing all your energy.

Tonight's service will also be the first Shabbat Service with our new cantor, Cantor Leah Shafritz. We are excited to welcome Cantor Shafritz to our Temple Emanu-El congregation and family. We can't wait for you to meet her.

Our in-person limit has been reached for this service. You are still welcome to register to join us for our online streaming.

Beginning in July, all services will be multi-access, with options to attend both online and in person. Registration will be required for both. Please make sure that you read the rules and guidelines before attending services. (Read them here.)

Sefer Club
Sunday, July 11th // 5:00pm

Love reading? Join us for Sefer Club. Each month we will be reading a Jewish book and discussing it as a group.

This month, the book is "The Golem And the Jinni". Chava is a golem, a creature made of clay, brought to life by a disgraced rabbi who dabbles in dark Kabbalistic magic, created to be the wife of a man who dies at sea on the voyage from Poland. Chava is unmoored and adrift as the ship arrives in New York harbor in 1899.
