Pick up & Parking
Pick Up and Parking:
We have been having some logistical issues with parking during pick up that are creating some safety concerns. If you are parking along the school on either side of the building, please pull as far up as possible rather than stopping in the middle to be parked right in front of the doors. Pull as far up as possible leaving little space between you and the next vehicle. Also, if you are in a space right next to the school, please be prepared to pull forward when someone leaves to create easy access room for additional cars behind you.

We recognize that pick up is messy given the tight space around our school building but this simple act would create efficiencies and safety for all. Currently we have cars trying to pull into open spaces in front of parked cars while children are also attempting to get into vehicles. We can easily create a much safer pick up flow if all parties parking right along the school agree to the minor inconvenience of staying in/near the vehicle and pulling forward as far as possible.
Friendly reminder to please be aware and respect the RURN parking spot. We've had various people parking in the space which isn't fair to the winner. If you would like to utilize that space make sure to bid on it next year!!!

Wisconsin Tax Deduction for Tuition Expense
Wisconsin Tax Deduction for Tuition Expense
Tax legislation signed into law gives Wisconsin taxpayers the opportunity to deduct private school tuition expenses from their taxable income. A subtraction from income is allowed for tuition expenses that are paid for any of the GRACE schools. Parents/guardians are eligible for a maximum deduction of $4,000 per child in grades K-8 and $10,000 per child in grades 9-12. Students transitioning from eighth to ninth grade are eligible for both deductions. Per state guidance, any amount spent on tuition and book fees are eligible for the deduction. Book fees include digital books, such as laptops or tablet fees issued by the school.

Tuition tax credit information is available to GRACE families online via GRACE’s enrollment management system, TADS. The TADS Household Paid Tuition Tax Report will provide a breakdown of payments made for the specified household’s tuition account during the tax year. When gathering information for tax preparation, GRACE families are to access their TADS account | select Billing | Billing Account Number | Reports | Household Paid Tuition Tax Report | enter the tax year (i.e. 2021) and submit. If you have questions or require assistance, please call TADS Family Support at (800) 477-8237.
