Special Olympics Ontario is excited to announce that the Special Olympics Ontario Virtual Games, hosted by the Waterloo Regional Police Service, 2020 will be launching next week!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the provincial Games have been postponed which has caused struggles with many athletes missing sports and their friends. These virtual fun Games will provide an opportunity to regenerate excitement for sport within our Special Olympics communities. These Games will be opened to all.

Stay tuned for the official launch on Monday, July 6th!

BIG NEWS: Five more weeks of functional training with
Steve Topham!

We're excited to announce 1% Better Every Day with Steve Topham will continue on Special Olympics Canada's Facebook LIVE for another five weeks! Our focus for the next five weeks is Summer Sports! Each session will have a circuit focused on sport-specific training. This Tuesday we will focus on golf.

Thursday, July 2
Join us on Thursday, July 2 from 1pm EDT for another Special Olympics Trivia!

You will need two devices to participate - a computer and smartphone are the easiest to use.
Trivia will be hosted on Zoom using the Kahoot website. Limited to 45 participants.
