Crosstown Connection Feb 4 -11
Q&A about Bethel Ethiopian
We are looking forward to Feb 20th as we invited Bethel Ethiopian to worship simultaneously with Crosstown.
Logistically, what will this look like?
9:15 Crosstown worship in Sanctuary
9:45 Bethel worship in Fireside Room
10:45 Crosstown and Bethel children join Kids Equip together
11:30 Bethel adult worship ends and Crosstown Equip ends
Will Bethel be using the building for other events? At this time Bethel will not have keys to the building and will only be using the building for worship. As the relationship progresses this might change.
How is Kids Equip going to work with both congregations? Great question. We have a blog post from Polly coming out next week with more details.
Have other questions? The Elders are available after worship this Sunday and Feb 13th at 10:30 in the rear of the Sanctuary. We invite you to read Pastor John's blog post for more background about this journey.
👑 Immerse Kingdoms 👑
Character of the week in Immerse Kingdoms is Hannah.
"I prayed for this child, and the LORD granted my request. Now I, in turn, give him to the LORD; as long as he lives, he shall be dedicated to the LORD.”
1 Samuel 1:27-28
Check out those eye lashes. Who new zebras should be featured in mascara ads. Congrats Heather, Deena and Polly for successfully calling out the nursery Noah's ark mural.

Join us on Instagram or Facebook for our "Where's that located?" game! 🧐
On Monday we publish an up close and personal image of something on the church property and then see if you can name the item and where it's located. 🤔
Thank You
Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting last Sunday. The minutes of the meeting can be found here.
All remaining Giving Statements for 2021 have been placed in the mail. Copies of the Annual Report and new directory are available in the office.
At IF:2022, we’re going to talk about how to live in this world right now and how to navigate a life that goes against culture. How do we build community in the middle of that? How do we tell people about Jesus? There’s a reason we’re still alive. There’s a reason we’re still here. Our lives matter in this time. And we’re not going to waste it.
Save the date: March 4-5th

Praying for a New Director of Worship Arts
Dear Crosstown Family~
Thank you for your faithful prayers day by day & week by week throughout the fall and now into the new year. We trust it has been a blessing to you. Knowing you are praying is encouragement and support for your search committee. We can be confident that our BIG God hears our prayers.

Let's continue to join together with God's heavenly chorus as we, in hope and trust, continue praying these verses from Psalm 89:1 - 4:

🎵 I will sing of the LORD'S unfailing love forever!
Young and old will hear of your faithfulness.🎵
🎵 Your unfailing love will last forever.
Your faithfulness is as enduring as the heavens.🎵

This, dear Friends, is God's promise for each of us personally AND for Crosstown Covenant Church. Let's claim it, in Jesus' Name !!! Amen
