In this fast paced session, Ryan will share the essential  elements necessary to navigate crisis and ensure business continuity. With real-life examples from the leaders of Hamilton and Vorbeck, attendees will see how effective risk management helps leaders spend less time worrying and more time achieving their company's objectives.

Doug Hamilton
Ryan is a lean practitioner, MWCC member, and holds certifications in enterprise risk management and business continuity. Much of his practical experience comes from his career managing disaster response and recovery, most recently the 2016 and 2018 Ellicott City flash flood disasters.
