Staying Healthy
Personal responsibility is of the utmost importance.
The city urges everyone to do their part in stopping the spread of this deadly virus, including:
- Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
- Social distancing of 6 feet apart with members outside of your household
- Wearing a face covering
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
- Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
- Taking personal responsibility. If you are sick with a fever, cough or viral symptoms, please stay away from others, including the work environment and crowded area
