A Message from the Director
After twelve weeks of hard work, the 2020 RBC EPIC Founders Cohort is finally graduating next week. For the first time, the Final Pitch Day will take place virtually. Seven teams will pitch their businesses to a panel of judges on August 6
th
from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. The competition will be streamed
live
on our Facebook page. We are so proud of their accomplishment despite the challenges of
having to
work
completely
remote
throughout the entire program
.
Please tune in to support them!
The EPIC Nimble Program is currently underway. All seven participating small businesses have met with their mentors Adam Castle (
WEtech
Alliance) and Paul Brereton (
EPICentre
)
on how they can leverage technology to help them stay sustainable throughout the pandemic and beyond. We are thrilled to be able to support them in this initiative.
In addition to these, we have been busy developing two new exciting programs for the fall. We hope to be able to share the details with you soon. Stay tuned!
Lastly, if you haven't had the chance to review our 2019/2020 Annual Report, you can access it
here
. The annual report was released last month. Thank you again to all of
you
for supporting
EPICentre
and entrepreneurship.
