New: Clinically Appropriate Use of Virtual Care Guidelines for Primary Care

From Ontario Health, phase one of the ‘Clinically Appropriate Use of Virtual Care Guidance for Primary Care’ is intended to support you in "making deliberate and purposeful decisions in the planning and delivery of virtual care". More detailed virtual care guidance for primary care will be released in future, along with materials focused on other specialties and areas of care.

Self care for health care providers - free from CMHA

Tell your story: primary care engagement in a regional primary care alliance (LMPCA)

Please consider participating in a research study conducted by Dr Shannon Sibbald and her team at Western University that aims to share the story and success of a regional primary care alliance (LMPCA) and explore primary care physician engagement. Best Weight: Participants learn how to become health-focused; receive practical strategies related to nutrition, activity level and health behaviours that influence weight and risk for other chronic diseases.

Steady & Strong: Focus on falls prevention. Workshop benefits anyone over 65, those who worry about falling; feel unsteady when walking, standing or climbing stairs; have been informed that they are at higher risk for falls.
