If your registry is unable to meet the amended completeness deadlines for 2019 cases, you are required to submit the reason you will not be able to meet the amended timeline, along with your Action Plan for how you plan on completing your 2019 cases and projected timeline for doing so.  Please submit your Action Plan by June 30, 2020, to Winny Roshala, CRGC Facility Reporting Compliance Officer, at [email protected]. 

Please note: Action Plans are only required for 2019 cases if your facility will not be able to complete and submit all 2019 cases by December 31, 2020.
