Report Cards

We are pleased to announce that our 1st Quarter report cards are now ready to view! We encourage parents to print a copy of the report cards for your records or to hang on the refrigerator. Here are the instructions for accessing Report Cards in ParentsWeb:

  • Log in to ParentsWeb (there is a link from the homepage of the school website)
  • Select "Student" from the column on the left side of the page
  • That will open more options in the left hand column. Select "Report Card."
  • This will open a viewable Report Card. To print a copy, click the "print" icon in the top right corner of the report card.
  • If you have multiple students, you can switch between them using the drop down menu at the top of the report card.

Remember that grades have value, but we are most focused on each student working hard and engaging daily in learning and growth. The purpose of education is not to earn a good grade, but rather to grow in wisdom and virtue. Grades are simply one indicator of progress among many. This is a team effort with all of us working together to support our students. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Car Line

For the afternoon car line, we ask that parents try not to arrive before 2:50 for the car line. It blocks up the alley for our neighbors for an extended period of time. If you do have to arrive earlier, please pull all the way to the end of the alley and over to the right, so cars can still get out of the alley. Thank you!

Sign Up for Parent-Teacher Conferences

Fall 2022 Parent -Teacher Conferences

Conferences are planned for Thursday, November 3rd from 4pm-7pm and Friday, November 4th from 7:30am-12:00pm. Parent-Teacher Conferences are encouraged, especially for parents of new students and for parents of students having difficulty in some aspect of their education. For elementary students, we encourage all parents to schedule a conference with your child's homeroom teacher. Middle School parents do not need to meet with every teacher, only those with whom they feel time is needed. Specials (elective) teachers are not part of the Parent-Teacher Conference days. If you have questions, please call Pam Autry at (804) 254-8850. Click here for the Sign Up Genius which will close at noon on Wednesday, November 2nd.

Grandparents Day is Nov. 11th!

Your grandparents should have received their invitation by email on Friday Oct. 7. Parents, please make sure your grandparents RSVP AT THE LINK BELOW by 11/1 - even if they can't attend. We have asked grandparents, who cannot join us in person, to send a letter of love for their grandchild to open that day (due 11/5). Their RSVP lets us know if we should be expecting them OR a letter for their grandchild.

Grandparents Day is a 12:30pm dismissal day (with ASE available til 6pm). We will have regular carline dismissal at school, however, if you and/or your Grandparents would like to have your student/s released with you from the Church, following the performance, please let your child's teacher know. Your teacher will dismiss each student in their class from Church only if they have a note from you. Teachers will be reaching out closer to the event as a reminder.

Order Your Advent Wreath Kit by 11/1!
