Current accommodation add-ons include a chilled bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a fresh flower arrangement, heart of rose pedals, occasion cake and a hearty s'mores kit. Each add-on is placed in your room prior to check-in. Guests can simply request an add-on when booking their next reservation, or provide 48-hour notice concerning additions to existing bookings.

Staff Spotlight: Sarah Ulrick

Meet Sarah Ulrick, accounts payable manager here at Haven Harbour Marina Resorts and this week's staff spotlight. Hailing from Allentown, Pa., she has called the Kent County, Maryland area home now for close to 20 years. Sarah has spent a life on the water and enjoys routine sails and weekend trips with her husband, their two children, family and friends.

Sarah will mark three years with our team this January. She says her colleagues make work enjoyable.

"I like working with numbers, but it can get tiresome. It's nice to have coworkers to give you a laugh or an ear when you need it most," she said.

Thank you Sarah for your boisterous personality, dutiful work ethic and willingness to lend a hand in any situation. You are appreciated!

Completing your decommissioning work order is now easier than ever. One of the unique aspects of The Haven Yacht Club is their annual sponsorship of the Susan H. Scovill Memorial Scholarship. Raising money through donations provides four local students, residents of Kent County, with an annual contribution toward their college education. All are invited to register for this year's online silent auction, slated for the week of October 12.
