The Clinton Chamber Youth Leadership (CCYL) is an exciting and progressive youth leadership program that aims to engage and challenge high school juniors and seniors to "take charge" of their lives while giving back to their community. In order to focus on these goals, only 30 students are chosen to participate each year.
