Bayer HFCU Breaks Ground for New Center
Tuesday, August 31st at 10 AM, a workforce armed with hard hats and golden tipped shovels descended on an open field along Rt. 2 in New Martinsville. They were there to officially break ground for the new operations center planned by Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union. This new center is being built to replace the center currently located in Proctor. That center lies in the path of the proposed new route designated by the Energy Highway Expansion project.
Bayer Heritage FCU is a full-service financial institution which was founded in 1957. With over half a billion in assets under management, Bayer Heritage FCU services over 35,000 members nationally.

The new center is being built at the north end of New Martinsville. The address for the new location will be 788 North State Route 2. Once complete, those working in the Proctor facility will be relocated to this modern and beautiful new building.
