Living with Heart Failure

A Message from Rebecca Mountain DNP, RN

Happy Holidays from your heart failure team! We wish you good times with family and friends.  Even the busy happy times can be stressful and make it challenging to stick to self-care routines. Take time for yourself, listen to your body, and get extra rest when you feel tired.

Looking ahead to 2023, if you’ve never attended a Heart Failure support group, we invite you to contribute to a discussion on living with heart failure.
