Yoga (Sama) -
This program fosters the beginner to intermediate practice with modifications, teaching moments, and challenges for everyone focusing on different postures, muscle groups, and uplifting themes.

Tight N Tone (Melt) -
This class is designed to strengthen and tone the total body. We will be doing a series of exercises to target the upper body, lower body & core to fun upbeat music. We will spend the final 10 minutes of each session stretching.

Interval Training -
The first half of the class is a cardio workout, kickboxing, step, or circuit. The second half incorporates strength training with weights, bands, and balls. Great for all levels of fitness.
