Weekly Bulletin
April 29, 2021

What is Xavier Day? It is the opportunity for our parents, alumni, dedicated faculty and staff, current and future students, friends of the Xavier community, and newest alumni: the Class of 2021 seniors (graduating on May 28th) to join us and celebrate the pride we all have for Xavier Catholic Schools. It is also a day to support all current and future hawks. Our goal for this year is to raise $165,000 for Xavier Catholic Schools. Some generous donors are offering gift match opportunities to make your gift go further. Together, we can do this!

Xavier Spirit Week Leading up to Xavier Day! In the event’s fifth year, we are excited to announce a week of celebration leading up to the official Xavier Day. There are so many great things going on at Xavier Catholic Schools, we need more than just one day to celebrate with our Xavier family. Each campus will be highlight one day before we all come together on Xavier Day on May 7th: Tuesday we will showcase the Xavier Elementary School, Xavier Middle School will be highlighted on Wednesday, Xavier High School on Thursday, and Friday, on the official “Xavier Day”, we celebrate the entire System! Watch social media to see the fun activities!

There are several ways you can participate in Xavier Day on May 7th:
  • Celebrate by wearing your favorite Xavier gear.
  • Unite with others and show your Xavier pride on Twitter and Instagram using #XavierDay2021. Like us on Facebook @xaviercatholicschools to see our own shared posts throughout the day.
  • Support, if you are able. We ask you to prayerfully consider making a donation to Xavier Catholic Schools. No gift is too small, and every donation plays a vital role in maintaining and improving our excellence. Please also note that your contribution could be eligible for a match by one of our amazing gift-matching donors!

NEW THIS YEAR: If you live in or near the Appleton area, join us at Xavier High School from 4:00 – 6:00 pm for food trucks and activities that the entire family can enjoy. We will be outdoors and ask people to follow general COVID guidelines.

CONGRATULATIONS, SENIOR PARENTS!!!
A special THANK YOU to our senior parents, especially those who are graduating their last student from the Xavier System. We want to thank you for the support you have given us through participating in the Scrip Program. The money we earn through Scrip really does make a difference and we are truly grateful!
Although your youngest or only child is graduating, we would LOVE to have you continue to use Scrip! You can designate where your credit goes; choosing to give it to another family you know, to the Angel Fund where it will benefit a family who could use some extra help, or to your Appleton parish. Whatever you choose to donate your credits to, the Xavier system still benefits by receiving the school portion. Contact Roy to make the adjustment to your account. Again, thank you for your past help and thank you, in advance, for any help you can continue to give us in the future!
