Construction is moving forward on the roundabout at Kirkwood Blvd SW and Woodstone Lane.
C Street re-opened to traffic last weekend, and has been re-established as the detour route while Kirkwood Blvd is closed for construction (see updated map below).
Crews have completed the underground utilities (subdrain, storm sewer, water main), and are moving forward with above-ground pavement prep.
Weather permitting, paving the roundabout could begin mid-September.
The project is on schedule and we anticipate reopening Kirkwood Blvd by mid-November. Seeding will then take place in the spring.
