December 16th is a good night to leave the cooking to Marco's! Let them know you are an SCCS family and Marco's will donate 15% of the sales from the night for phone orders and 20% of the online orders to SCCS. Proceeds for our December Marco's Pizza night will go to the TLC Class. The classroom, Preschool through 5, that has the most orders will get a pizza party, so be sure to mention your teacher's name when ordering over the phone or click on your teacher’s name when ordering online.
JEANS DAY
Friday, December 10th, is a jeans day for the Class of 2025. Kids K-5 are free, for 6-12 grades it is $1 for a red, green, or Christmas themed shirt or $2 for Panther spirit wear.
Friday, December 17th will now be an early dismissal for students with the following times:

SMCC ATHLETIC EVENT VOLUNTEERS
SMCC is looking for volunteers to sell tickets for home sporting events. If you are interested, please email the Athletic Director Steve Ruthsatz at [email protected].
ADVERTISE DURING HOME BASKETBALL GAMES
If you are interested in advertising on the video scoreboard during home basketball games, please contact Mike Lilje at [email protected]. Availability includes a logo on the scoreboard, 30 second commercial, and logo on the video boards outside of The Kinzel Center.
CHRISTMAS CONCERT INFORMATION
The Christmas Concert for Kindergarten through grade 12 will be held in The Kinzel Center on Sunday, December 12. Please see the information below for performance times and report times for students.
K-2: Concert Time - 2:00pm Report Time - 1:30pm (Den)
3-5: Concert Time - 3:15pm Report Time - 2:45pm (Main Hall*)
Elementary teachers will be waiting for their students in the Den at their report time. Grades 3-5 will meet in the Main Hall, then escorted to the Den to find their teacher.
*Grades 4 and 5 recorders and band members need to report to the Science Building.
At the conclusion of each performance, parents may find their student, check in with their teacher and they are free to go.
Refreshments will be available in the cafeteria after each concert.
VICTORY SUITE
If you are interested in renting the Victory Suite for wrestling, boys basketball, or girls basketball, contact Mike Lilje at [email protected]. The cost is $100, which includes admission for up to 12 people. Victory suite rental also allows you to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
AUCTION COMMITTEEVOLUNTEERS
This school year’s spring auction is back to being a live event and will be held in The Kinzel Center on Saturday, April 23rd! Putting together an event like this is a big undertaking and the Auction Committee can always use volunteers for soliciting of items, set up and tear down in The Kinzel Center, help the night of the event, and fresh ideas to keep the auction an exciting draw every year. If you would like to join the committee, please contact Tim Walsh at [email protected].
Choose your own partner and play some euchre for charity! Our second Euchre Night will be held at St. Mary's on Saturday, December 11th. $10 per person. Winners will get to choose which parish ministry or local charity they would like to donate to.
Pre-registration is encouraged! Call the St. Mary's Parish Office to register.
SCCS 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades are joining forces with Victory Kitchen for their annual Battle for Boxes to help provide Christmas gifts for area kids in need. For more information on how to participate, click here. The deadline for boxes is Friday, December 10th.
