What do artists Chad Bruce, Holly Cameron, Pat Craig, Micah Davis-Culbertson, Max Donnelly, Gary Finelli, Terry Gayhart, Phil George, Jim Griffith, Eden Hill, Chris Kapp, Phil LaMarche, Devera Lang, Jason Seaux, Bonnie Tweedy Shaw, Noah Snoke, Cathy Stone, Wendy Tobin, and Claire Welch all have in common? Each participated as an artist in the Charles Bruce Foundation Carlisle 2022 coloring and caring book. The sixth release of this annual free book is such big news that The Sentinel featured it in an article.
WHAT COULD MAKE THIS NEWS EVEN BIGGER? How about some contests. First, a coloring contest!!! After you pick up your free copy of Charles Bruce Foundation coloring book at Create-a-Palooza, color Jim Griffith's "Little Match Girl" illustration (his favorite holiday story), and either email or drop off your page to them with your name and email by Friday, Dec. 2. Santa Claus will announce a random winner of a $10 Create-A-Palooza gift certificate after the Tree Lighting on Dec. 3. Better yet, all entries will be displayed at the store after the contest. Second, a counting contest. Within the "From the desk of Pat LaMarche" page of the book, details of the blanket theme give you the opportunity to count all the blankets featured on each page of the book. Once you know the total number, you can send that number to epicjourney10@gmail.com along with your name, mailing address, and age to receive a special little surprise.

This is the season we all wonder what is on our children's wish list? One of the most important gifts a child can receive is empathy, and what better way to develop that than to share books from the Priscilla, Princess of the Park series. Use the button below to donate for copies to add to your holiday shopping.
