Extending our Gratitude
Dear AL community,

This week, I attended the Charter School Program annual convening organized by the US Department of Education in Washington DC. As the participants were sharing the strengths of their respective schools, I proudly discussed how much our families are engaged and supportive of Académie Lafayette. Our children are safe and thriving mainly because of the strong commitment of our different stakeholders. AL is a caring community.

As we are about to celebrate Thanksgiving next week, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my wholehearted gratitude to all our dedicated staff, parents, grandparents, and community supporters for their generosity and their tireless efforts that continue to make AL a top educational institution in Kansas City. Grand merci to the PTO for offering a delicious lunch and gift cards to our staff on Thankful Thursday.

I wish everyone a joyful Thanksgiving.
