Racism in America

It's past time to have discussions about race in America, Colorado, and Denver. We encourage our customers to look through some of these books we've curated related to understanding what is happening right now and why. We've included both fiction and non-fiction and have picked books for children who don't understand what is happening, for adults who need to look at starting a journey of a more bias-free existence, and for those who us who need to hear each other better. Click the picture to see our list and, if you have ideas for books we should add to it, please email us at MARKETING@TheBOOKIES.COM.

The Game Board

Ages 10+
2-5 players
As we navigate through this increasingly strange time, we are having some fun here in the store. We continue to find games in our store that have, somehow, never gotten to our website. Including this treasure!

Each round, every player chooses a Character and performs the designated actions. Actions include drawing cards and tokens, and playing them to complete Element Sets. Completing sets will allow players to Level Up and put Gems into the all-powerful Bag of Fate. The player who draws their own Gem from the Bag of Fate while performing the role of Wizard wins the game. The Wizard always wins, but the question is, who is the true Wizard.

CLICK HERE to find this game, and make sure you keep looking at our full games list HERE as we make new discoveries and add them to your site!
