The Activity, Not The Day, Matters

Wow! So far, we have over 50 kids registered to participate. That's a fantastic start!

There has been some confusion about WHEN activities can happen.

We choose certain days of the week just to highlight the variety of activities that qualify for earning participation tickets, BUT you don't have to stick to Mindfulness Mondays, Wellness Wednesdays, and (Healthy) Foodie Fridays. On Any Day, at Any Time, Go For It. The goal is to be active and healthy!


And remember, Participation Tickets can also be earned for Healthy Selfies and short videos.

MINDFULNESS:
To begin the journey to Mindfulness, one of the first steps to learn to "be still." Easy to say, hard to accomplish. To that end, Life Coach Lori Wrzesinski created a great video to use.
