Please be advised of the following important information regarding the potential impact of Hurricane Ida:

LEC Leadership is closely monitoring the developing conditions associated with Hurricane Ida as the storm continues its projected path toward the United States Gulf Coast region.

The entire LEC Team stands prepped and ready to assist with any questions and/or technical support needs you may have before, during or after Hurricane Ida makes landfall.

As a reminder, LEC's infrastructure, and all systems that support it (power, backup power, cooling, etc.), are geographically redundant.

While we do not anticipate any interruptions to LEC products, services or infrastructure related to Hurricane Ida, in the unlikely event you experience an issue before, during or after landfall, we ask you to contact us immediately by emailing the solveIT technical support help desk at solveit@lecinc.com.

As Hurricane Ida continues to develop, LEC will provide email updates as necessary.
