Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Happy Father's Day! To all the great dads, uncles, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster dads, mentors, friends and caregivers, we honor you this weekend.

This June, we partnered with San Mateo County Office of Education and Sequoia Union High School District to present Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® trainings, part of SMCOE's programs to support community-wide mental health.

The two-part workshop focused on six CRM® wellness skills, as well as the neuroscience behind the model. The CRM workshops are designed to reset the nervous system by bringing the body, mind, and spirit into greater balance.

If you missed the trainings, the videos of CRM Training: Part 1 and CRM Training: Part 2 have posted to our Video Library. Many of you requested the slide deck, so here are links for Part 1 and Part 2.

NEW! We are excited to announce the first-ever Parent Ed Series Summer Reading List. This collection of books from many of our favorite presenters is filled with practical, thoughtful parenting strategies. Try one or read them all!

And, as this pandemic year draws to a close, we're proud to report that we provided education for over 16,000 parents, students, educators, and community members.

By pivoting to virtual programming, we lowered barriers to access and offered high-quality events to more families than ever before! Virtual programming will continue in the fall, with some highlighted in-person events.

Have a wonderful summer!
