THIS COUNTS WELLNESS CHALLENGE
It is that time of year again to participate in the This Counts Wellness Challenge presented by Saint Joseph Health System and the South Bend Cubs.

This annual physical activity challenge encourages students to get up and move during the month of February. This is the second year we have offered this challenge to students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade at Saint Pius X. We will be participating against other area schools for this challenge. Last year was a massive success. We had the top 2nd grade class, top 4th grader, top 2nd grader, and the 2nd place school overall (out of about 40 schools). The students went over the challenge in class last week and many of them were very excited to try this again.

Any activity your children complete OUTSIDE of school for more than 5 minutes can be recorded on the attached monthly fitness tracker. Additionally, if an adult participates in that activity with them, they can double their time!

Student trackers must be returned to your teacher or submitted electronically by clicking HERE by March 18th!
