Dear NANPP Members and Friends,

If you had to sum up the first seven months of 2020, what word would come to mind?

Mines is GRATITUDE .

For the past few months, I have been in awe at how our nonprofit colleagues on the front lines have been providing helping hands to so many individuals and their families. From healthcare workers to exhausted CEOs, they are sacrificing and making tough decisions for their staff, clients, and our communities especially in cities which have been hit the hardest by protests.

Check on your colleagues and let them know you are grateful for their service. There are many unsung heroes out there as you read this risking their lives for humanity. They are bold and resilient.

Welcome New Members . The majority of new members hail from rural communities in the Mid-West. Please let me know if you are in need of any additional support.

Your Opinion and Leadership Matters. Please take a few minutes and give us your thoughts by taking the  NANPP Survey. Nominations are also open for a positions on our Board of Directors. Please consider nominating yourself and/or share with a colleague.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and the YPC, thank you for your support of NANPP, and we hope you and your family stays safe and healthy.

With Warmest Regards,
Simone Joye Eford
Board President
