Hello Satsang, The smell of suntan lotion and honeysuckles, the feel of warm breezes, the taste of peaches and melting popsicles, this week harbors the longest days of the year approaching Summer Solstice. It's my favorite time. There is a lightness to people and their approach to things. We have all been uptight and cooped up for long enough, with nationwide Covid restrictions being lifted - it's nice to experience the glow of one another again. We feel so blessed to see more and more of you beauties in the studio and outside. If you haven't checked out our outdoor classes yet, what are you waiting for? Monday evenings with Ellen at Foundations Park 6:30 pm and Thursday evening at The Presbyterian Church 6:30 pm. If it looks like rain -we are in the studio. Open Air on Quimby Sundays at 10:00 am with Tammy is moving inside Satsang and class will change from a slow flow to a more innovative approach to yoga and mindfulness. Come check out the new space and format. We are on the honor system inside and masks are optional for vaccinated students. We are not asking for proof of cards and respecting everyone's choices here. If you feel more comfortable still wearing a mask please feel free. We will continue to provide a clean, safe space for all. Our new Beginners/Foundations class in-studio is getting it's groove. It is great for every beginner. We have been having fun with chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters. Class meets Saturday mornings in-studio at 9:30 am. Know someone who will benefit from our New Foundations class? Come with them we'd love to see you. Just bring your mat. As the Summer progresses look for some new outside and inside classes and events - sound baths and tune-ups with guest teachers. All the good stuff (sweet treats) we have missed sharing with you in person. As always please sign-up in advance to all classes inside, outside and livestream. Thanks again for being you. Share that extra light, we need it. See you on your mat. Andrea & The Satsang Staff
