It provides direct access to your child’s grades, attendance, and standardized test scores. It also notifies you about late buses or closures due to inclement weather and so much more!

Family Academy: Courses & Training (FACT) Workshops for February 2022
Join us on Zoom!
You're invited to February's workshops for District families and community members! Join us for as many sessions as you'd like on Zoom or by phone. Hear from experts on important topics and get your questions answered live.
Workshops occur at both 10 AM and 6 PM on the days they are scheduled. Interpretation is available in Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish for evening sessions only upon request.

Black History Month 2022 - Join in On the Learning and Celebration
This year the School District of Philadelphia is offering a variety of ways for members of the District and Philadelphia communities to come together and engage in learning and discussion. Events have been scheduled in alignment with the following weekly themes:

Week 2 – Anti-Blackness in the 21st Century
Week 3 – Shifting the Paradigm: Transformative Practices

Since 2011, Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Foundation of Philadelphia has been recognizing and rewarding school principals and teachers who have made significant leadership and humanitarian contributions to their school community.
For the 2021-2022 year, the Lindback Foundation will award 60 distinguished teachers and seven principals from Philadelphia public schools who demonstrate excellence in promoting learning at the highest levels. Learn how you and your school community can nominate someone today. Nominations for the principal award close on Friday, February 11, 2022, at noon, while applications for the teacher award close on Monday, March 14, 2022, at noon.

The 2022 One Book, One Philadelphia Selection Is...
Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022, One Book, One Philadelphia is a signature project of the Free Library of Philadelphia that promotes literacy, library usage, and civic dialogue by encouraging the entire greater Philadelphia area to come together through reading and discussing a single book.

This year's selection is Philadelphia native Quiara Alegría Hudes' memoir, My Broken Language, and the youth companion titles are Never Look Back by Lilliam Rivera and Alma and How She Got Her Name by Juana Martinez-Neal. Learn how you and your child(ren) can read this year's books, participate in events, and engage in dialogue through literacy.

Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective Now Accepting Student Advisory Council Applications
The Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective aims to cultivate STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) equity, access, and inclusion in STEM career pathways for Philadelphia students who are traditionally underrepresented in STEM occupations.

Applications are now open for the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective’s Student Advisory Council for the 2022-23 school year. Current 9th to 11th grade Philadelphia high school students from any school are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is March 4, 2022.
